 Packaging problems fixed Mar 20, 2010
I've seen a lot of messages here about bad shipping. I believe Amazon has changed their shipping policy since some of these comments. I just received my order (March 2010) and the "All" box was packaged nicely inside a larger Amazon box, and cushioned with plenty of paper. For those of you who left critical comments to that effect, consider yourselves effective as your message seems to have gotten through! [FWIW - I get the 2-day shipping, not sure if that makes a difference.]
Regarding the product itself -- goes without saying it's great.

When I received this item it was sent in its original package of 9, not packaged again in any other box. When it arrived it was one short. I have yet to figure out how to remedy this situation with amazon.

While I love this product, I would not try to have it shipped until the shipping packaging is improved. They tried to send it to me 3-4 times and each time there would be some type of leak and package damage causing the package not to be delivered.

Amazon.com is the only place that I could find the All Free and Clear for HE washers. The stores in my area sold other All types for the HE washer but not the Free and Clear. My entire family has either allergies or sensitive skin so the Free and Clear is a must. The packaging wasn't the greatest-single box with nine bottles in it, one of which leaked. The lids need to be shrink wrapped or something to preventive product leakage. Overall the product itself is great.

There were nine bottles in the box. At least one bottle leaked during shipping because the lids were loose. There was a mess inside the box. I will not order this again from Amazon.
