worst customer service! Sep 01, 2010 You only know the soul of a company (or a person for that matter) when something goes WRONG. Well there was a mix up on my order. Unfortunately the woman on the phone was unfriendly, accusing and rude! Wow! How can people run a business like this? How can they think it is okay to talk to someone, much less a customer, with such an attitude? Needless to say I did not receive my order in time for my event. It is time to find a different brand of gluten free flours, any ideas?
A hearty muesli Aug 20, 2010 I like it enough to have it on subscribe and save. It goes well with yogurt. I usually add some blueberries, dried cranberries, or other seasonal fruit. This muesli is a bit heavy on the sesame seeds, so I usually mix it with some other cereal, such as granola or generic muesli. This is nothing like the boxed swiss muesli's (Familia, etc.), which seem to be sweetened and ground into tiny pieces. Nor is it similar to the super market variety, which are mostly processed flakes. This muesli seems to be a good mix of grains, nuts/seeds, and a small amount of dried fruit.
Love, love, love this cereal! Aug 18, 2010 I used to eat oatmeal every day. Then I tried this. I eat it every day, sometimes twice a day. It is so much better than oatmeal. It is a complex mix of grains, with the sweetness of dates and the tartness of cranberries. It is versatile, I like it mixed with water and microwaved for two minutes, or cold with almond milk, or mixed into yogurt, also can nuke with some banana slices for a heavenly treat! It gives you enough fiber for the day and I never get tired of it. When I'm craving dessert, but trying to be good, I have a little bowl of Bob's Red Mill Muesli. (contains NO sugar)
Ordering the 4 40 ounce bags saves a ton of money, as it costs much more for much less in the grocery stores.
I have it on autodelivery and don't buy any other cereal during the year, saves money, is good for me and tastes great!
Perfect backpacking breakfast! Jul 28, 2010 Use this and some sweetened condensed milk (with hot water) and you have yourself the tastiest and healthiest backpacking food
cereal review Jul 20, 2010 Some packages have quite a bit of crumbs, almost have to sift before eating. Sometimes there are way too many raisins. I do like the cereal, the taste is great and I like the texture and variety of flavors.
