Did not order this item and have not owned a dishwasher for 20 years. Last time I used this product it was good though.

These work great on your dishes. The reason I like these little packs more than the powder is 1) With powder if you spill any it is a pain to get the little door closed and 2) I have a sensitivity to the strong smell and dust that comes up off of the powder so these tablets are the perfect solution.

The only reason I rated this a 4 and not a 5 is because I was not happy with they way they were shipped. One bag opened up in the box since there was so padding or anything. At first I did not think this was too much of an issue until I discovered one of the tablets busted up and was spilled all over under my kitchen cabinet.

We had been using the 7th generation brand of dishwashing detergent & were left with still dirty dishes. Or they just didn't feel like they'd been cleaned. Told my hubby about my Prime account with Amazon & he checked into the Cascade brand of detergent. Ordered it, here w/in 2 days & we are extremely satisfied with it. I saw this "on sale" somewhere else online & we got a better deal here. Very happy.

These things work great. however they were 4.75 at the store a pack, so not a great deal to order.
