earth-friendly cleaning Mar 05, 2009
I have used this product for 6 years in all my household cleaning (especially the kitchen) and have always been happy with its power and earth-friendly formula. As the local stores cut back on what they stock (the effects of the economy), I have found this product has become more and more difficult to find. Imagine my delight when I discovered that Amazon stocks and ships this in lots of 12 - yeah!

We've used Orange Plus for several years, I have two old RTU bottles and I keep refilling them with the concentrate and add water, for 5 dollars you get enough concentrate to make 5 gallons, a terrific bargain!! We use it to mop floors, scrub the kitchen and bathroom too. I still use a separate window cleaner and a couple of other products but in a pinch when the budgets low, it works to clean windows (a little streaky but hey they're cleaner and if you're going thru a financially rough time you can't afford to be choosy), cleans toilets and tile too. Cuts grease beautifully, smells great for use in the kitchen and completely earth-friendly and non-toxic, which is even better to reduce indoor air pollution and cleaning around kids! Best of luck!

Earth Friendly and Works Too! May 05, 2003
This review refers to the "Ready-To-Use Orange Plus Cleaner" by Earth Friendly Products......Looking for something that is made from earth friendly and biodegradable products that actually works? Look no further..this is it. I've tried several different products along these lines and this is the best I've come across. I've used it on everything that is washable in my home. It's marvelous on walls and doesn't leave those streak marks that some products do. It broke up old grease stuck on my stove and my tea kettle that had remnants of everything I cooked on it.It did a nice job on my tub and my shower doors, I let it sit in my kitchen sink for a while and it actually took out some coffee stains. Finger prints around door knobs are now gone! It also works beautifully on chrome fixtures. It won't replace every single item you need to clean. For example it does not work on really hard stuff like rust stains or calcium build ups(what really does?),you will still need a window cleaner, and also there are times when a little elbow grease or a second try for heavily soiled areas is helpful as well. But after using you will really feel like you house is clean. It also leaves a wonderful scent.
It contains Water, Pressed Orange Oil and plant derived Surfactants..all biodegradable. I know when I use this that I don't have to worry about ruining my clothes! There is also a concentrate(just add water) that you can use for refill which makes it an economical bargain as well! An excellent,safe product that make life a little easier that is earth friendly as well....Don't work too hard...Laurie
