Delicious Gluten-Free Comfort Food Apr 22, 2010 I purchased this on Amazon and it arrived in great condition with an 8-month out expiration date. I prepared it using goatmilk and a large can of tuna packed in water and it was delicious! Can vary the dish by adding different vegetables like peas, carrots, pearl onions, mushrooms, broccoli florets, etc and different cheeses to richen it up even more and cut on salt a little. I definitely recommend Mrs Leepers Chicken Alfredo Dinner as well as Mrs. Leeper's Pasta Organic, Rice Vegetable Twists, 12 Ounce Bags (Pack of 12) which is my favorite other pasta that is tri-color and doesn't come with a mix.
Great gluten free meal, easy and tasty! Feb 01, 2010 This product has a great consistency, flavor and ease of making it. I use the Perdue honey roasted precooked chicken and I can have dinner ready in about 20 minutes.
You'll really enjoy this one!

Quick and easy wheat free gluten free meal! Nov 17, 2007 Due to busy schedules, sometimes we just need something quick for dinner that doesn't require much thought. This is definitely one of the better wheat free gluten free boxed dinners out there, and I actually look forward to eating it. It is a little too salty in my opinion, but I don't season the chicken or veggies I add, and that seems to cut the salt a bit. It is definitely quick and easy, and tasty, too. I will buy again!

Great for a wheat-free dinner! May 08, 2007 This versatile pasta dinner mix comes with a half box of rice noodles and a powdered mix of creamy Alfreda sauce.
All you have to do is boil the noodles (do not overcook), add milk (even better, sour cream and/or cheese!) and stir in the mix. I add celery, bell peppers and onions also. You can be creative!
They call it "chicken" but I have tried adding salmon and tuna for different results. I like albacore tuna best of all for the meat.
For vegetarians, meat isn't necessary to make this a satisfying meal!
A tip: It's less salty if you only use 3/4 to 1/2 of the packet and add cheese instead. Also, if you mix a different noodle in with it, like Vitaspelt, it tastes even better!
