Heritage flakes have a slightly sweet taste and hold their crunch. They taste good with milk or yogurt. Great stuff...and healthy!

I have been eating this cereal for several years. It is tasty, not too sweet, and healthy. I used to buy it at Trader Joe's for a low price. In larger quantities, as offered by Amazon, it is even less expensive. To take advantage of this low price, you have to subscribe to regular delivery. Otherwise, the price per pound is about the same as Trader Joe's.

GOOD BASE TO BUILD ON. ALL IT NEEDS IS A LITTLE HONEY AND IT'S GREAT. WE ADD BANNANA OR BERRIES. STAYS CRUNCHY TILL THE END. WE GAVE SOME TO A FAMILY IN NEED, AND THEY SAID A LITTLE SWEATNER AND THEIR BOY'S, 3&5, REALLY LIKED IT.

I'm not a big cereal eater, mostly because it is way over-priced for what you get nutritionally. I was given some of this and fell in love. It's one of the best tasting cereals I've ever had, and with a banana or berries the sweetness level is perfect. But what is most amazing is that unlike with others, I don't get hungry again in a couple of hours. This keeps me going so well that I sometimes forget about lunch! Highly recommended, even at $7 a bag.
