5South Beach Dressing Rules!  Jun 17, 2010
The stores stopped selling this dressing. I have diabetes and love this dressing. I tried Kraft Light Ranch and it was bitter with way too much vinegar in it. I will keep ordering this until I cannot get it any longer.

Outstanding product. This has disappeared off grocery store shelves. This product is one my doctor wants me to use along with the South Beach Diet as I am a severe diabetic. 2 tsp = 70 calories, 7 gms fat, 2 gms carbs Great flavor.

this dressing has phosphoric acid in it all of the name brand ranch dressings do if you look even the H-E-B store brand ranch dressing here in south texas has it a lot of sodas have it to its not good for your teeth and if you are getting a bad taste in your mouth after eating this stuff its because of the phosphoric acid

I have been on SB for four months now and the one thing I was missing was a salad dressing other than vinegar and oil. This dressing gave me the fix I needed. It tastes good, but not quite like Ranch. It didn't matter though because it tastes good plus it was safe because it is allowed on the diet.
