I love these bars. They are very handy to take to work, school, or vacation. They are very tasty and they keep you full for a few hours until you can have supper. I worked a very weird work schedule and wasn't able to eat right away. I'd just throw one of these in my purse before I left for work and it would keep me full until I got home to eat supper. They are very rich but not too rich...just right!

the special k "protein" bar is a joke. in comparison with a kashi bar (which in my opinion tastes as good if not better)..here is what you're getting with the special k bar:
40 more calories, for only 3 extra grams of protein
not to mention:
10 extra grams of sugar
6 more grams of carbs
and
3 more grams of SATURATED fat
consumers need to start reading and comparing labels, instead of going by the name brands

Between myself and three teenagers its always hard getting people to stop and eat. The teens will take these on the way out the door without wining about having to take something to eat. Progress of a sort.

These are a great little snack and at 110 calories are in my daily calorie range. The problem is they are a little too good. I have to really control myself to only eat one. I think they would be great in school lunches.

My 10 year old daugther loves the chocolate delight protein bars. She loves them so much we can't keep them in stock. For some reason they are hard to find on store shelves, so I was excitied when I could purchase them from Amazon. This is my plan from now on.
