I bought a wetjet about 10 years ago that one only lasted about 3 month till the sprayer stoped working Now i have new floors so I thought I would try it again So I bought another one to try but now i am on my first bottel and the spayer quit working again I give up I liked the way it cleaned my floors but I will not keep buing them

I love my swiffer but give it 4 stars because of the minor inconveniences it takes to get it perfect.
Pads:
I use the "Method O-Mop All Floor Microfiber Mop Pad". These work great despite being a little larger than the swiffer pads. Also they are reusable (machine washable) and hence end up being much cheaper than the disposable pads.
Liquid Cleaner:
You can actually use your favorite cleaner. You have two choices to get the bottle opened.
1) Use a pair of pliers to unscrew the bottle cap on the "top of the bottle". Pour in your cleaner and screw back.
2) Drill a hole (about 1/2 inch in diameter)on the "bottom of the bottle" that faces up when you mop. Pour in your favorite cleaner and use a cork stopper. This is what I use because I never have to take the bottle out of my swiffer. Also best to get a small funnel when you pour in your cleaner into the bottle - makes it a lot easier. You can easily find assorted cork stoppers and funnels for cheap on Amazon or other sites.
With these adjustments, my swiffer works perfectly.

I LOVE THIS MOP!!! Busy homeschooling mom of an 8 year old, preschooler, and new baby loves her wetjet because it makes it a cinch to mop quickly and efficiently...and I don't have a wet mop hanging around the house waiting to dry (or waiting for curious hands to play with it!). It is somewhat expensive, but I can mop my whole house with one pad. I do this once a week and it really doesn't cost much. For small spills, I just grab a sponge or paper towel. My 8 year old even LOVES using this mop and it is so easy for him to do. Highly recommended to moms everywhere who need to clean quickly.

This Swiffer is perfect for fast cleaning of hardwood floors. When our dog leaves footprints or the kids spill something it only takes a minute to clean the area. It doesn't work as well as a traditional mop but you can't beat it for convenience. As for the negative reviews, I'm not sure what they are talking about. The batteries seem to last forever, I've never noticed a strong odor and the cleaning solution doesn't seem expensive based on the amount of floor you can clean with one bottle. Overall a great product!

I'm not a huge fan of the smell of this Swiffer solution that comes with the sweeper, but the sheer convenience of this product keeps me coming back to it.
It's just so nice to grab it and start swiffering. It's also a plus not having to dip the thing back and forth in the water and squeeze it out. It's just fast and easy. I know that makes me sound terribly lazy, but I mean, who really likes cleaning? It's a pain.
I give this three stars because of convenience and because I do feel like it gets my tile clean (I have very limited tile in my apartment -- it's only in the kitchen and the bathroom). It falls short of the final two stars because, as others have said, the solution doesn't smell very good. I miss the smell of my lavender scented cleaner that I normally mop with. In addition, you do have to use their solution and I believe you have to use their pads too, although I'm sure others would work fine.
