best gluten-free flour I've tried Aug 12, 2010 This is the best gluten-free flour we have tried. Works as a one-for-one substitute for wheat flour.
Very Yummy May 21, 2010 I am the owner of "Cupcakes in Wonderland". We had a request for gluten-free cupcakes, so I ordered this flour. The cupcakes were delicious and the client was thrilled.
Gluten Free May 04, 2010 I use this gluten free flour in place of regular flour all the time. It works great! Has a different feel but have not come up with any recipe it hasn't work for as an exchange product.
dinner rolls Mar 26, 2010 I haven't tried this as a bread yet, just as dinner rolls. The first time I made them they turned out great.... The second time I made them they cracked on top and I don't understand why. Has anyone had this happen??????// Will purchase again and keep trying to get it right.

Great substitute Oct 17, 2009 My son has been on a gluten-free diet for ADHD for three years. This flour is a life saver! I actually prefer it to all-purpose flour when making cakes (my cookies do tend to fall apart easily, though). I use it for desserts as well as in casseroles and sauces calling for "regular" flour.
